Partner Program Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your participation in the Cognis11+ Partner & Referral Program. By sharing your custom referral link, you agree to comply with all policies outlined below.
1. Link-Only Referral Attribution & Tracking
1.1 Exclusive Link Attribution: Referral attribution and automatic discount application operate solely via your unique referral URL containing your specific code query parameter (e.g., cognis11.com/?ref=YOURCODE).
1.2 No Manual Coupon Code Input: Cognis11+ does not offer a manual promo code input field at checkout. Purchases made by customers who navigate to the website directly without visiting via your active referral link cannot be attributed retroactively.
1.3 Session-Based Tracking (Last-Touch): Referral links store an active referral identifier in the user's browser session storage. If a prospective purchaser visits via multiple partner links prior to purchase, attribution is awarded to the most recent referral link used before checkout ("last-touch" attribution).
2. Commission Structure, Holds & Settlement
2.1 Variable Proposition Splits: Partners may adjust their customer discount percentage and personal commission percentage using the Partner Workspace configurator. Commission rates are locked at the exact percentage configured at the time the purchaser completes checkout.
2.2 30-Day Settlement Hold: All earned commissions enter a 30-day pending hold period from the exact date of sale. This window protects against chargebacks, payment failures, and customer refund requests.
2.3 Refund & Chargeback Clawbacks: If a purchase attributed to your link is subsequently refunded or subject to a credit card chargeback during or after the 30-day hold window, the corresponding commission will be clawed back or deducted from future pending balances.
3. Payout Disbursements & Thresholds
3.1 Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts are eligible for disbursement once your total Unlocked Balance reaches or exceeds **£20.00**.
3.2 Supported Payout Methods: Disbursements are processed via UK Direct Bank Transfer (Faster Payments / BACS) or Amazon UK eGift Card, based on the payout preferences saved in your Partner Workspace.
3.3 Partner Responsibility: Partners are responsible for ensuring accurate bank account or email details are maintained in their dashboard. Cognis11+ is not liable for disbursements sent to incorrect details provided by the partner.
4. Disclosure & Advertising Compliance (UK ASA & CMA Rules)
4.1 Mandatory Disclosure: Under UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidelines, partners must clearly disclose their commercial relationship when sharing referral links.
4.2 Required Wording: When sharing links in parent WhatsApp groups, blogs, or social media, you must explicitly include an prominent identifier such as **"#ad"**, **"#affiliate"**, or a statement like *"I earn a small commission if you purchase through my link."*
5. Prohibited Promotional Tactics
5.1 Brand Bidding Restrictions: Partners may not bid on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) using brand keywords including "Cognis11", "Cognis11+", or misspellings thereof.
5.2 Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Direct commercial spamming of email lists or automated social messaging is strictly forbidden.
5.3 Termination for Breach: Cognis11+ reserves the right to terminate any partner account and forfeit pending unreleased commissions if a partner is found engaging in fraudulent attribution tactics, misleading advertising, or prohibited search bidding.
